The prices advertised include VAT.
Delivery charges
Standard UK P&P costs £4.50 (Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery).
You can also choose UK courier delivery (£6.50) and we will contact you to let you know when it will be despatched - we endeavour for next working day for orders placed before 12pm but this is not guaranteed. See Delivery information for further details.
If you use a discount code your order will be sent by second class Royal Mail.
We deliver worldwide when we don't have a distributor in that area - please email info@snoozeshade.com and we will let you know if you can order locally or from the UK.
Europe standard airmail charges are £6.00 and Rest of the World standard airmail charge is £6.50.
US customers - we can ship SnoozeShade Original, SnoozeShade Original with pink trim and SnoozeShade for Infant Car Seats from within the US when you purchase from this site. These same products are also available via www.amazon.com. For other products please contact us to see when they will be available in the US.
Taking delivery of your order
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Someone will need to be available to sign for the delivery. If no-one is available, a notification card will be left. You will then be able to collect the package from your local post office or rearrange delivery at a time convenient for you using the Royal Mail online redelivery service. If your package is not collected within 6 days of posting, it will be returned to us and we will have to re-charge you for delivery.
Courier Delivery
Your order will be sent via Interlink Express courier service. You will receive an email on the day the delivery is due providing a one hour delivery window so that you know when to expect it. You can change the delivery time - full details are provided in the email you will receive. Someone will need to be available to sign for the delivery. If no-one is available a notification card will be left. You will then be able to re-arrange a delivery time with Interlink.
Order tracking
If your order has been sent by Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery Service we can supply you with the tracing number to use with the Royal Mail’s tracking service at Royal Mail Track & Trace. Due to date protection laws we are unable to trace your package for you.
If you have selected courier delivery, you will be able to check on the status of your delivery from 7am the day it is due for delivery. They will also email you with an expected time of delivery.
Orders sent via airmail or standard Royal Mail will not have a tracing number.
Delayed or missing deliveries
If your delivery is delayed or missing, you can contact the Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 or online at Royal Mail Track & Trace and use the tracking reference to resolve this with the Royal Mail. We regret that we cannot do this for you.
Please contact the courier company direct via the information sent about your order if there is a delayed or missing delivery.
Credit and debit card statements
Your purchase will appear on your credit or debit card statement as ‘Nochex’.
